QA/QC Introduction

QC/Technical Support:

We have a special QC department working under ISO 9001:2000-certified quality management system. Our QC team members and random sample staff will be trained before working, and receive QC skills and knowledge training termly by experts. Quality control is done in-house as well as by independent department, it is responsible for checking the safety and quality of all newly developed products as well as those that are mass-produced for buyers. They will check from raw materials to final products every day.

QC Staff:
9 to 11

Procedures/testing Details:
Different people in the QC department check different processes, from raw materials to final products and out delivery products. They will give a report to the manager everyday, then the manager will plan people in duty to solve the problem within the same day.
